Standard shipping is free and takes 3–5 business days to all 50 US states. Expedited 2-day shipping is available for $19.99 at checkout. International shipping is coming in 2026.

Yes — you can cancel your Family or Premium subscription at any time from the Hearth app. Your display continues to work with basic calendar and routine features after cancellation. You own the device outright.

Yes. Hearth syncs with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and iCloud Calendar. If your family uses different apps, everyone stays in sync on the shared Hearth display.

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not in love with Hearth, contact us at hello@hearthdisplay.org and we'll arrange a free return and full refund. We cover return shipping costs.

Absolutely. During checkout, select "Gift" and we'll include a gift message and extend the return window to 60 days so the recipient has time to try it. Gift wrap is complimentary.

Every Hearth comes with the 15.6" display, an AC power adapter, a wall mount kit, a desk stand, a microfiber cleaning cloth, and a getting-started guide. HDMI cable not required — Hearth is a standalone Wi-Fi device.
